SPL’s pedagogical staff regularly work closely with our partner organizations that, like us, focus on the well-being and education of young children.
De Leidse Aanpak
De Leidse Aanpak (The Leiden Approach) supports gifted and talented children and young adults in discovering and developing their talents. A number of SPL pedagogical employees are ambassadors. They share their knowledge, identify possible developmental advances and guide the child and parent in optimal development.
Centrum voor Jeugd en Gezin (Center for Youth and Family)
In some of our playgroups, the CJG organizes a walk-in consultation hour, where you can ask your parenting questions. Some playgroups are located in the same building with a CJG. In special circumstances, the pedagogical staff maintains contact with the district nurses about the development of your child.
OnderwijsAdvies (Education Advice)
For good speech and language development, SPL works closely with the speech therapists of OnderwijsAdvies . The speech therapists regularly visit the playgroup and help where necessary.
JES Rijnland
Together with JES Rijnland we organize the playgroup for playing together with children from 1 to 2 years. In addition, the employees of JES Rijnland support parenting and the language and talent development of your child.
BplusC
We work together with the Educational Opportunities Department of BplusC . Together we promote the language development of toddlers. BplusC supplies book packages and reading cases. The pedagogical staff receives extra training in reading promotion. And parents are involved in the reading.
In the various districts and villages, SPL also has contact with primary schools, libraries, district and neighborhood centers and playground associations.
