You can report all changes to the placement of your child via Kindplanner or via customer service: 088 – 304 304 3 or customerservice@splopvang.nl .

Pedagogical staff cannot make changes to the system.

At the playgroups of SPL we work with fixed groups, which gives each child peace of mind. It is therefore not possible to exchange the standard days.

Is your child in toddler care Morgenster or ‘t Wakertje from SJWB? Then exchange is possible up to 6 times a year. You can make a request for this via Kindplanner or the customer service .

It is never possible to exchange officially recognized holidays.

The placement agreement that you have concluded with us for a playgroup or toddler care facility automatically expires on the day before your child turns 4. You do not have to cancel the agreement.

The placement agreement that you have concluded with us for out-of-school care automatically expires on the day before your child turns 13. You do not have to cancel this agreement either.

Cancellation of the agreement is certainly not mandatory. And if you want to be sure of a place for your child when it returns, you better keep the place. We cannot guarantee that there will still be places at the location of your choice by the time you return. You and your child may then be put on the waiting list again.

You can request an extension of the number of half-days  via the parent login or customerservice@splopvang.nl .

If you want to cancel the agreement, a   notice period of one month is applicable. Cancellation must be done in writing and can be sent by e-mail to klantenservice@splopvang.nl , or by letter to Rooseveltstraat 12, 2321 BM Leiden. 

The cancellation period starts on the day of receipt of your cancellation.
