My child turned 4 or 13 years old during the school holidays and now I still have received an invoice. How is this possible?
The placement agreement continues until the day your child turns 4 or the day before your child turns 13. Even if this day is during a school holiday. And as long as the placement agreement is in effect, you will receive an invoice from us.
By the way, all school holidays are of course included in our price.
My child is absent for a longer period due to illness or vacation. Can / should I cancel the agreement?
Cancellation of the agreement is certainly not mandatory. And if you want to be sure of a place for your child when it returns, you better keep the place. We cannot guarantee that there will still be places at the location of your choice by the time you return. You and your child may then be put on the waiting list again.
The invoice I received is for the whole month, a month in which it has been school vacation. How is this possible?
The school holidays and all public holidays of our locations are included in the price. This means you pay the same amount every month.
The price of our playgroups and toddler care is calculated at 40 weeks per year, so without the 12 weeks holiday, but divided over 12 months.
You will therefore also receive an invoice during the holidays.
