We welcome all compliments, but also your complaints. We consider the opinion of parents / guardians important and we take them seriously. This allows us to improve the service to you and your child. SPL would like parents and children to feel comfortable with the organization.
It is important that you can discuss your questions, comments, feelings of dissatisfaction or complaints with the right person. During the day-to-day care of your child, something may arise that you do not agree with. You can initially discuss this with the pedagogical staff member. Most questions are solved the fastest this way. But sometimes you do not think that answer is sufficient and you still want to file a complaint.
You can submit your complaint in writing via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org . The complaints are handled by the director of SPL. The managing director will investigate the complaint and invite you for an interview. All conversations and agreements regarding the handling of the complaint are recorded in writing.
